Mr Hallman was asked by one contributer on the Maidan forum site if he was married and had a Ukrainian/Russian wife. Below was his reply:

I'm sure I would love to be married a Ukrainian girl, but, I am not. I am single, once but no longer married to an (Anglo) American girl who is perhaps appropriately a direct descendant of Jefferson Davis, President of the Confederate States of America, 1860-1865.

Should the time ever arrive that a nice Ukrainian girl is brave enough to deal with my life on a daily basis without too much worry, I would be delighted to have a Ukrainian wife. My being the political animal that I am, marriage to a nice Ukrainian girl who has the strength to deal with my unrelenting 'assertiveness' (and that's putting it mildly) toward freedom and human decency would be for me a private gift from God.

She will be Ukrainian – and willing to birth some very adventurous, brave, and assertive children

The (Russian) woman I loved most recently was once an FSB agent, but she couldn't get anything past me.

So now we're apart, I remain single, and now insist even to God on a Ukrainian wife.

Yet in this post he claimed he was married to Olga who he refers to as his wife.

A 10 year-old girl with an infant in her arms rang my doorbell. She was barely alive, unlike the 9 year-old boy who died, frozen, on another American's doorstep in Kherson a few months ago. The little girl was blue in the face and starved. She asked only for a small amount of food, nothing else. My wife, Olga, raided the fridge and gave her everything we didn't need. I later found Olga in tears, not because of the little girl at our front door, but because we both knew that this pitiful girl is only one of many such children throughout Ukraine

Given that Jeff Mowatt has admitted above

1) you have no assets in Ukraine
2) You have no capital investment in Ukraine?
3) You are the sole director of People-Centered Economic Development UK?
4) You have no offices in Ukraine

Can mr Mowatt substantiate the following statement published else where.

People like Terry Hallman and myself are already investing in Ukraine and we're doing so not only at the strategic planning level

Mr Mowatt stated before that he has no assessts and no capital investment in Ukraine

and this

We block corruption by keeping banking activity outside of Ukraine - there is nothing to steal.

Q:Is Mr Mowatt maintaining bank accounts overseas whilst opperating a business in Ukraine, to avoid corruption?

Mr Mowatt or Terry Hallman does not have an office but they claim to have been setting up an office in July 2005...

As you're talking within a UK context, I think, may I raise a question here?

Incorporating P-CED last year, which had formerly been the domain of a sole entrepreneur we faced a dilemma. As an organisation aimed at relieving poverty, we might have registered as a charity allowing us to collect donations but that wasn't where we were going and as I understood it, this would also place restrictions on how we might trade and most certainly involve a lot more administration.

We began leaning toward the bona fide co-operative structure but this too had it's disadvantages. We'd be facing a host of formal procedures but most of all, an organisation directed toward the benefit of its members would need to recruit the ecnomically disadvantaged before it could help them.

In the end, what seemed an appropriate model was the company limited by guarantee allowing us to trade freely and having no shareholders we could operate as we intened in the knowledge that no part of the directorship could "sell out" our original aims.

As an American citizen it is hard to be excluded from the UK.

Introduction

Terry Hallman , Jeff Mowatt and others associated with them have been trying to censor comments critical of their company's activities in order to avoid accountability and scrutiny.

As such we have set up a blog recording a number of inconsistencies in Mr Hallman and his company, People-Centered Economic Development (P-CED), unsupported statements and claims.

Our investigation commenced following the publication of an interview with Mr Hallman and his reckless and unsupported allegations that Ukrainian orphanages are 'Death Camps for Children'.
All of our investigations to date have been negative and do not support statements made by Mr Hallman about his achievements and past activities.

We continue to hold the view that a lot of what Mr Hallman claims are exaggerated and embellished beyond belief.

We are not engaged in a campaign of hate as some of Mr Hallman associates claim. we do not hate him. we are seeking the answers to uncover the truth behind Mr Hallman statements and political activities in Ukraine

Of particular concern to us is the impression given by Mr Hallman and Mr Mowatt in relation to their corporate identity as a means of establishing credibility. Mr Hallman refers to himself as a director of an International Economic development company (P-CED). Our investigation has revelled that his company is what is commonly referred to as a $2.00 shelf company.


Neither Mr Hallman or Jeff Mowatt have any offices, assets or any capital investment in Ukraine. P-CED is nothing More then a computer, a business card and a rubber stamp. The past successes claimed by Mr Hallman do not scrub up to basic scrutiny and we were unable to find independent referees who were able to support Mr Hallmans claims, including his claim to have close working relationships with the former US President Bill Clinton.

We advise anyone considering doing business with Mr Hallman and his company to seek independent assessment, review and references to back up their claims.
